busy week!

This week ended up a lot busier than we thought! Joe's been scheduled for flights everyday and has been working long days again. He also did his first low level in the T-1 yesterday and it went really well! I volunteered at a cookie drive Monday to pack bags of cookies for the single dorm dwellers on base and then shopped at the BX this morning for a gift drive for the kids in Columbus. We also had our OSC board Christmas brunch yesterday at one of the historic antebellum homes downtown so that was pretty cool. Those homes are always jam packed with junk...I mean antiques ;)....and that's not really my style, but it's still interesting to look around since most of the homes are pretty huge. Luckily my work has been very flexible which is awesome, especially with all the days off for the holidays. And this weekend we are having a Christmas party with Joe's class with a big home cooked meal and everything, so that should be fun!! Only 9 more days until we leave to come home...the big question is should we bring the kitty or leave her home for 9 whole days?!?!?
