X-Country
What a beautiful weekend! We did have some storms come though on Friday that messed up Joe's flight plan for his cross country trip this weekend, but they pulled it off and spent Friday night in Huntsville, AL and Saturday night in New Orleans...they landed pretty late though, so they didn't have time to see much of the city. He has another flight tomorrow and that will make 11 flights in 6 days, so he's being pushed pretty hard lately, but still going strong!! That's my man! ;) I had a lot of fun this weekend with some girl friends...we tried out a couple new restaurants for dinner, saw the movie Hairspray (btw...it's pretty good), and even had a sleepover on Friday night! It's just about time for a new episode of Army Wives, so we better get going. Hope everyone had an amazing weekend! :)

Happy Monday, congratulations Joe on all your flights. I am so glad you landed safely. Airplanes are not Aunt Joyce's thing. Korey went to Camp Grayling this weekend with the marines. He received the ironman award, got 297 out of 300 points. Received a ipod or something, we were proud. He was not impressed with Camp Grayling but the weekend went well.
Bob, Grandma, Kyle and I went over to your mother in laws for dinner at Brower and Bob and Dad Gillette and Kyle went fishing. Bob caught a huge speck but that was it. We had pizza and banana boats for dessert. Cut down a other tree for our dream house and Stacy and Tayden came up to visit, she is so cute and that was the weekend. Have a good week. Love Aunt Joyce.
